#1: Who is this program actually for?

This is for men roughly 25–49 with real‑world schedules who want to rebuild their athletic body, energy, and discipline. If you used to be fit, know you’re capable of more, and want structure and accountability again, this is built for you.

#2: Do I need to be fit already or currently playing sport?

No. Most guys start after years of “coasting.” You just need a basic health baseline (able to walk, move, and train a few hours a week) and a genuine desire to raise your standards again. We program the rebuild from where you are now, not where you were at 21.

#3: How much time do I need each week?

Plan on roughly 3–4 sessions per week, about 45–60 minutes each, plus simple nutrition and lifestyle changes. The whole system is built to decrease perceived effort and sacrifice versus trying to train like a full‑time pro again.

#4: Can I do this if I’m busy with work, family, or shift work?

Yes. Most clients have demanding careers and families. That’s why the tactical pillar is built around your work schedule, commute, and family commitments so the plan fits into your week instead of fighting it.

#5: What if I have old injuries?

Old injuries are normal for ex‑athletes. We assess your history first, then program around it with smarter progressions, exercise selection, and mobility work so you can train athletically without beating your body up again.

#6: Do I need a gym or special equipment?

You’ll get the best results with access to a basic gym (barbells, dumbbells, machines, turf if possible). If you’re limited to home equipment, we’ll build around what you have and show you what’s worth adding over time.

#7: Is this online or in‑person?

Coaching is delivered online, which lets us work with men from different cities and time zones. You’ll get your training, nutrition, and check‑ins through our coaching platform plus direct support from me / my team.

#8: How long until I see results?

Most guys feel better energy and momentum in the first few weeks. Visible changes in body composition, performance, and confidence typically compound over 12–24 weeks, and the system is built for long‑term standards, not a 6‑week crash.

#9: How much does it cost? Do you offer payment plans?

This is a high‑touch coaching program, not a cheap PDF. Investment depends on your goals and the level of support you choose. On the call we’ll walk you through options and, if it’s a fit, we can discuss payment plans so the total investment is easier to manage than the cost of staying stuck.

#10: What happens after I apply?

You’ll answer a few questions about your background, goals, and schedule. If it looks like you’re a fit, you’ll be invited to a call where we map out your Athletic Rebuild plan. If we both agree it’s right for you, we’ll cover logistics and get your start date locked in. If not, you’ll still leave with clarity on what to focus on next.

Your next 6 months are going to pass either way. The only question is whether you’ll still be ‘coasting’ or rebuilding your standards.
